NuCare User Policy

Effective Date: 8 September 2026

NuCare is a healthcare discovery and appointment-request platform designed to help users discover healthcare practices and healthcare providers and submit appointment requests.

By accessing or using NuCare, you agree to this User Policy, our Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

1. About this User Policy

This User Policy sets out the rules and expectations that apply when you access or use NuCare.

2. What NuCare does

NuCare allows users to search for healthcare practices and providers, view information about participating healthcare practices and providers, submit appointment requests, receive updates relating to appointment requests, and manage their NuCare account.

3. Healthcare services

NuCare does not itself provide medical services. Healthcare services are provided independently by the relevant healthcare practice or professional. NuCare does not diagnose conditions, provide medical advice, prescribe medication or guarantee treatment outcomes.

4. Appointment requests

NuCare facilitates appointment requests and does not guarantee appointments. An appointment is only considered confirmed when the healthcare practice or provider confirms it.

5. User accounts

Users must provide accurate information, keep login credentials confidential, not allow another person to use their account, and notify NuCare if they believe the account has been compromised.

6. Accurate information

Users must provide accurate and non-misleading information and must not impersonate another person or create fake patient profiles. If submitting an appointment request on behalf of another person, the user must have the appropriate authority and consent.

7. Personal and health information

Users should not provide unnecessary medical information when submitting an appointment request. Do not include detailed medical histories, test results, prescription information or sensitive diagnoses unless specifically requested through an appropriate feature.

8. Acceptable use

You may use NuCare only for lawful purposes. You must not commit fraud, harass or abuse healthcare professionals, submit spam or excessive requests, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the operation of NuCare, or use the platform for unlawful or harmful purposes.

9. Emergency situations

NuCare is not an emergency healthcare service. If a medical emergency is suspected, contact the relevant emergency services or seek immediate medical attention.

10. Reporting issues

If you encounter incorrect provider information, suspicious activity, privacy concerns, abuse, or a potentially fraudulent healthcare listing, please contact NuCare Support as soon as possible.

11. Suspension and termination

NuCare may restrict, suspend or terminate a user account where necessary, including where the account breaches this User Policy, presents a security risk, or is used in a way that harms the platform or other users.

12. Changes

We may update this User Policy from time to time. The latest version will be made available through NuCare and the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document will indicate the most recent revision.

13. Contact

If you have questions about this User Policy or your use of NuCare, contact NuCare Support.
